CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS
Any lampshades that are made-to-order are a considered a Special Order and are a Final Sale. Special Orders may not be cancelled or returned. Custom Lampshades that are made-to-order are also considered a Special Order and are a Final Sale. Custom lampshade orders may not be cancelled or returned.
SHIPPING  
In order to provide the best and most reasonable service, shipping costs are calculated based on the ship-to address provided, rather than using a pre-determined rate. You will receive a link for payment for shipping as soon as your order is ready.  Nearly all items sold from the online shop are in-stock and ready to ship within two days unless otherwise indicated. Once the shipping invoice is paid, your order will ship and you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.  All orders will ship via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.
 
RETURN POLICY

within ten days of receiving your purchase.
Un-opened lampshades and merchandise in original condition
may be returned for a full refund within ten days of purchase.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable and
all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  
Item(s) must be shipped back in their original packaging and condition. 
Merchandise purchased at a discounted price is a final sale and may not be returned.  Special Order and Custom Orders are a final sale and may not be cancelled or returned.
